Attorney at Law at the Paris Bar since 2024, Raphaël practices at Momentum Avocats in the areas of intellectual property, information technology law and data protection.

Raphaël holds a Master’s degree in Digital Law as well as a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology Law from the University of Poitiers, and had the opportunity to broaden his experience as a trainee within international legal departments such as Iveco and Air Liquide. 

Raphaël also serves as a volunteer legal counsel to the French League for the Protection of Birds.
