Philomène’s practice focuses on intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, and design law), data protection and new technologies law, both as counsel and in litigation.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, Philomène joined Momentum Avocats after completing her internship with the firm. Philomène is a graduate of the University of Sorbonne (double degree in law and art history and Master’s degree in business law) and of the University of Assas (Master’s degree in literary, artistic and industrial property law).

Before joining the firm, Philomène developed her skills during several experiences, particularly within the legal department of the LVMH group and the French law firm Candé Blanchard Ducamp.

Philomène has also been a lecturer in Special Contracts Law and Introduction to Law at the University of Sorbonne.
