Momentum Avocats is delighted to welcome Raphaël Gentilleau, who joins our team of 10 lawyers to reinforce our high value-added strategic and operational legal services.

After a first professional experience in the legal department of a major international player in the medical, space and electronics industries, Raphaël joins the firm, following his final internship as a student lawyer, as an associate dedicated to advice and litigation in the fields of intellectual property, digital and data protection.

Raphaël holds a Master’s degree in digital law and a Magistère in information and communication technology law from the University of Poitiers.
