[BREAKING NEWS] Today the European Commission published its modernised standard contractual clauses for data transfers to controllers or processors established outside the EU (and not subject to the GDPR). These new SCCs will replace the three sets of SCCs that were previously adopted as soon as they are published in the Official Journal of the Union.
