[HAVE YOUR SAY] The EU Commission just launched a public consultation delivering on actions presented in its Intellectual Property Action Plan. This consultation refers to industrial designs protection and allows those affected by such issues to provide with their opinion on selected topics in view of the revision of the designs protection system within the EU (Community Design Regulation EU/6/2002 & Directive on the legal protection of designs 98/71/EC).
