On September 30, 2020, the French Superior Council for Literary and Artistic Property (CSPLA) published the “Virtual and Augmented Reality” Mission Report. 

Jean-Sébastien Mariez, founding partner of Momentum Avocats, would like to thank its President Jean MARTIN and its rapporteur Alexandre KOUTCHOUK, for giving him the opportunity to share his vision of the legal issues related to the development of these technologies. He was able to share his experience in this field alongside major players in the software and video game industries.
