On October 20, 2020, Jean-Sébastien Mariez, founding partner of Momentum Avocats, was interviewed in the context of the Mission for the evaluation of the fight against counterfeiting, alongside Mr. Éric Freyssinet. The interview was conducted by the rapporteurs, Mr. Christophe Blanchet and Mr. Pierre-Yves Bournazel.

On this occasion, Jean-Sébastien Mariez shared his experience regarding the fight against online counterfeiting and, in particular, the blocking of infringing websites . He also refered to his recommendations already integrated by the French Cour des Comptes in its February 2020 report on the fight against counterfeiting.
